Ventilation Grids

Purpose

Ventilation grids are designed to provide air circulation and to enable a constant supply of fresh air in the interior and simultaneously expel dirty air and harmful gases. Ventilation grids are produced to be mounted on external walls. The grid possesses a protective net that provides security by preventing the entrance of bigger insects indoors

Production

They are made of a cold rolled steel sheet of 0.6 mm thickness with a fine and smooth surface. The products undergo two different procedures for the surface protection such as: electro galvanized coating procedure and powder coating procedure both being standard compliant.

Surface protection

Hot dip galvanized coating procedure possesses a thickness of 8-12 microns (μm) allowing for great durability and excellent anti-corrosion protection. The products are offered in our standard metallic silver colour, but other colors are available upon request.

Powder coating procedure receives standard electrostatically applied thermoset polyester powder coat finish with excellent wearability and chemical resistance. The finish has an average thickness between 60 to 80 microns (μm) with a smooth semi glossy surface of 50 – 60 gloss unit (GU).

Color

We offer two standard colors for our customers: white and brown. Other colors are available upon request.

Installation

It is used for installation in residential, commercial and smaller industrial premises, both in the outer wall and on the inside. Several ways to install this type of grille are by means of a screw connection through an opening in the body of the grille; pipe mounting and installation by plaster or other connective means, depending on the wall material.

Chimney Wall Covers

Purpose

Chimney Wall Covers are produced to be mounted on partitions or external walls. They are used to take out gases from the furnace through the chimney blocks. They have excellent resistance to elevated temperatures, soot, corrosion and condensation. Depending on the chimney installation and their diameters they are applied for residential buildings, commercial and industrial purposes to partition or external walls.
